Check-in
The room will be at your disposal starting from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival.
If you arrive at the property before the time indicated above, we will check availability for an early check-in. If there is no availability, you will have the opportunity to leave your luggage at reception to start your stay without waiting.
Check out
The room will be at your disposal until 11.00 am on the day of departure.
If your departure is scheduled for a time after check-out, you can conveniently leave your luggage at reception.
Reception hours: from 07:00 am to 08:00 pm
In case of arrival after 6.00 pm, we ask you to inform us on 0571 583941 so we can organize a Late Check-in (at no additional cost).

When booking we ask you to kindly notify us if you suffer from allergies or intolerances.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A penalty equal to the cost of one night will be charged for cancellations or changes requested up to 24 hours before the arrival date.
Guests who do not show up on the day of arrival (No-show) will be charged a penalty equal to the cost of one night on the credit card provided at the time of booking.
- The credit card provided at the time of booking serves as a guarantee of the reservation.
